TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read this before commissioning!

DISCLAIMER

I have the right to decline any commission request if I think this work is uncomfortable or not suited.I do not give consent for my art to be used in ai (artificial intelligence) in any case, regardless if the intention for profit or personal. This is prohibited.I prohibit the use of my artwork in NFTs.Commissions are for personal use only, re-selling is PROHIBITED.Under the age of 18 needs legal parent/guardian’s permission first before commissioning.I prohibit any of my work to slander others or be used in illegal behaviour.

GENERAL

I retain all copyright to my art.I am not responsible for keeping copies of the commission files after sending them to the client.Do not copy, steal, edit, trace over my art or claim it as your own. If this has been noticed by either the community or myself, there will be reports and consequences of stolen art.
blacklisted in the future.I will ask for permission to the clients to upload the finished work (work in progress) on social media.I will add a watermark if I post any commissioned artwork on social media to protect the work and myself. ( 40% watermark and lowered resolution)Personal use: not used for profit. Such as icons, backgrounds, print frames inside homes or banners.The client is allowed to post the artwork with credit/link to me @roseinapot on any social media such as twitter, instagram and bluesky.

REFUNDS

Clients are entitled to refund within reasonable circumstances, or if the commission has not been started for 20 days.Full or partial refunds of completed commissions will not be given out. If you agree to the commission without giving feedback and at the end you do not like it you will not get a refund.

PAYMENT

Payment via VGEN system.If any issues with payment don't work out, please contact the official payment website.Clients are required to pay for the artwork. There will be a deposit of $50 to ensure the commitment of the client, and to cover any unfortunate actions (e.g. art theft, ai usages etc). This will be paid back after the completion of the commission.We can discuss how to pay, you can pick:A: pay 50% after the sketch stage is approved and another 50% when the final artwork is finalised.B: 100% pay upfrontAfter I confirm the sketch stage, I will send you an invoice and you will need to pay this amount within 24 hours.
The artwork will not be continued until it has been payed either A or B + $50 deposit.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

There will be no rush fees at this current time. Please wait patiently. The artwork will either be finished between 1 week or a month depending on how complex the work is, commission queue and personal life.If any issues arise I will message the client VGEN direct messages or email.

PROCESS

Please give me a reference or some details about the character, pose and expression.PLEASE DOPlease have a clear reference ready.If you have a pose or expression in mind please tell me before I start the sketching.I do accept drawn stick figure poses as reference.PLEASE DON’TPlease do not ask me to draw in a different artist style or a copyrighted style.Moodboards with different elements or long story like descriptions with no image references
( Moodboard for SETTING/POSES is OK )Do not ask for an update on the artwork everyday or every hour.

REVISIONS

I will do 2 major revisions and 5 minor changes for free during the sketch, lineart and colouring stage.I will charge $10 for any revisions that exceed this.No major revisions will be accepted on the rendering stage.Major change:
Pose, hair style, clothes, background, items and colour.Minor change:
Small adjustments or missing details on character.Skeb commissions will not follow this revision.
